Tomato and Goat's Curd Tartlets


Ingredients

Puff pastry.
Fresh goat’s curd or other fresh cheese.
Cherry tomatoes, halved.

Method
Heat oven to 350°C.
Cut pastry into small diamonds.
Place a dollop of cheese on each portion.
Top each portion with half a cherry tomato.
Season with pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 25 min.
Season with pepper, and salt if needed.
