Bruschetta
Ingredients
Tomato, diced.
Basil, shredded.
Olive Oil.
Garlic.
Chiabatta.
Method
Mix basil and tomato and sit.
Drizzle olive oil on bread and char-grill.
Rub garlic over face of bread.
Top with tomato mixture.
Season.
