Fish in a Bag


Ingredients

White fish fillets.
Carrot, grated.
Parsley.
Thyme.
Butter.
White wine.

Method
Individually wrap fish fillets in baking paper with a tblsp of grated carrot, a tblsp white wine, a small knob of butter, a sprig of thyme and parsley, and some salt and pepper.
Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes.
